Matt is Director of National Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets at CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate services. He specialises in advising investors and institutional clients on investment acquisitions and disposals across the UK industrial and logistics property sector.
Matt has been with CBRE for nearly seven years. Prior to this, he spent three years at Grant Mills Wood, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. After Tonbridge, Matt studied Geography and Planning at Newcastle University before completing an MSc in Real Estate at Henley Business School.
