Paul is the founder and Managing Partner of Beechbrook Capital, a fund manager focused on private markets in the UK, Europe and Australia. He established the business in 2008 and plays a leading role in shaping the firm’s strategy, overseeing investments, managing investor relationships and chairs Investment Committee.
Steve is a senior member of HSBC’s equities trading business in London. He joined the firm in late 2023 and plays a key role in delivering execution solutions for institutional clients, drawing on deep market expertise and long-standing client relationships.

Paul is Head of Business Space at CBRE, overseeing all industrial & logistics brokerage activities across the UK plus office & life sciences brokerage in the South East (outside London). He leads a team of over 60 brokers across London and the regional network, ensuring a cohesive offering that leverages the expertise of CBRE’s teams and drives impactful market activity.
