Matt Chawner is an experienced sales and senior relationship professional with a strong track record across financial services, recruitment, project management, and consultancy. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively with clients in the financial markets and government sectors, helping organisations solve complex challenges and build high-performing teams.
Matt is the co-founder of SkillBridge Advisors, a talent consultancy that specialises in helping companies build elite teams and individuals develop their careers. Under his leadership, SkillBridge has partnered with organisations across multiple industries to design and implement solutions that drive workforce excellence, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support employee growth and engagement.
After leaving Tonbridge, Matt read Chemistry at Imperial College London. Matt is passionate about developing talent, coaching and mentoring, and helping organisations adapt to the evolving business landscape. In his down time he likes to think that he still has it on a rugby pitch coaching the Old Alleynians Academy and selecting for London South East England Under 18.
