PAS FAQs

PARENTS' ARTS SOCIETY

What are the criteria for joining the Parents’ Arts Society (PAS)?

Membership is open to current and past parents and to current academic and support staff. Unfortunately, Old Tonbridgians (OTs) are not eligible to join the PAS. The 5-year subscription fee of £125 was scrapped in July 2025 however we are providing 48 hour priority access to those who are currently working through their 5-year subscription. Priority access will end in the Summer term of 2030.

How do I become a member of the PAS?

All current parents and past parents are automatically members of the PAS, as are current academic staff and support staff.

When will the next PAS programme be published?

PAS programmes are published termly for the Michaelmas, Lent, and Summer terms. The Michaelmas term programme is published in June, the Lent Term in December and the Summer Term in March. The programme goes live at lunchtime on a Monday with those working through their 5-year subscription receiving 48 hour priority access. All other members receive access to the programme on the Wednesday lunchtime.

Members receive an email a week before the events go live. The email contains information on what events have been organised and when, with a reminder to ensure their online profile is up to date. If you do not have an online profile (username and password), you will need to register at www.tonbridgeconnect.org to gain access to PAS events.

How do I sign up for events?

You must firstly ensure you are logged in. Then click on the top tab 'PAS Events'. All live events will be featured. Click on the event that interests you, add how many tickets/places you would like and then click through to the payment process. You can choose to either pay with a credit or debit card or via Paypal.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend a PAS event I have paid for?

We operate waitlists for all events. If we can successfully transfer your place(s) to another attendee, a refund will be offered. Please note that credit notes are not provided.
