London during the Blitz & St Paul's Cathedral

From September 1940 to May 1941, during the Blitz, St Paul’s Cathedral stood defiant, amidst the smoke and rubble. This guided walk will visit a bombed-out church and explore the rebuilt City, looking at the miracle of how St Paul’s managed to survive. Then, it’s time to explore the interior of Christopher Wren’s masterpiece – the Nation’s Church, and resting place of its military heroes – before an optional climb up to the top of the Dome.
