Learn to Fillet and Prepare Fish

In this course you will be learning the delicate skills of filleting a flat and a round fish, preparing them for cooking and learning to cook them to perfection.
You will prepare dishes that bring out the flavours of the fish, balancing the subtle fish with some mouth-watering salads and accompaniments.
