IMPACT Programmes were conceived to extend the unique Tonbridge experience, our exceptional grounds, world-class teaching staff, and ethos of academic excellence, to young people who may not ordinarily have access. It also supports the long-term ambitions of Tonbridge School, helping to diversify our revenue streams and ensure the continued strength and vibrancy of our community for generations to come.

IMPACT Summer aims to broaden students’ knowledge, experience, worldview, and independence. Participants can choose modules that reflect their interests and ambitions within emerging and fast‑developing industries, leaving the programme with greater self‑knowledge, a clearer sense of direction, and the confidence to take their next steps.

Bringing together business‑led challenges, personal development workshops, and collaborative Hackathons, the programme offers a rich blend of academic stretch and practical experience. Through expert‑led tutorials, independent study, and group projects, students will build skills that support future academic and educational pathways.

Cultural, creative and recreational activities also form an integral part of the programme, offering engaging experiences that complement the academic learning.
