Nine of us met in late November at the Oriental Club in London, hosted by Joe Davies, former colleague of Mike's in the History Department and housemaster of Parkside, who went on to become Headmaster of Sutton Valence and Master of Haileybury. A toast was drunk in Mike's memory and many happy reminiscences exchanged.
