This notice confirms that the 135th Annual General Meeting of the Old Tonbridgian Society will be held via Zoom at 6.00p.m. on Thursday 6 May 2021.

Given the Government guidance on social distancing and the ongoing prohibition of large public gatherings, it will not be possible to hold our Annual General Meeting in person this year. Instead, the meeting will take place by video conference via Zoom. Depending on the number of people attending the meeting, and whether or not they have access to video, the vote on each resolution will be taken either on a show of hands or by way of a poll, so as to ensure that all votes count. Further instructions on the method of voting will be provided at the Annual General Meeting itself.
