School prepares for unveiling of new Science Centre

Final Elements campaign has been raising funds for educational showpiece items, in advance of the new Science Centre's grand opening in early 2019
Our state-of-the-art new Science Centre is nearly here thanks to a shared vision and overwhelming generosity from the Tonbridge Community. This new state-of-the-art facility will transform the experience of science, providing an environment which enables the boys to take inspiration from industry leaders and share their excitement and knowledge with local schools.

This winter, the Tonbridge Society has been raising funds for educational showpiece items, in advance of the Science Centre’s grand opening in early 2019. Items include an interactive Periodic Table to mark the 150th anniversary of its invention, a large-scale sculpture and permanent installation inspired by world-renowned OT Scientist, Sir Derek Barton, and a TV wall to support innovative teaching practises in the building.
