Do you or your friends and family spend long periods of time sitting at a workstation on a keyboard or do you suffer from neck and shoulder aches and pains? If the answer is yes, then do come along to this mainly practical workshop led by Graeme from West Kent Bodies Matter which will help you manage headaches and tension in your neck and shoulders.
This one hour workshop, best experienced in pairs, covers basic anatomy, common causes and musculoskeletal techniques to help you relieve tension.
Do bring a friend along with you or be prepared to work with another guest to practise the hands-on techniques.
Comfortable clothing should be worn (you won't need to take anything off!), and we ask you to kindly let us know when registering if there are any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
