Sir Sherard Cowper-Coles (PS 68-73), who spent 32 years in the Diplomatic Service, and the past 15 years working on geopolitics for two of Britain's largest multinational firms - BAE Systems and HSBC - reflects on the age of Trump, the rise of China, conflict in Europe and the Middle East, and much else.
Sir Sherard is the author of two acclaimed books: Cables from Kabul, and Ever the Diplomat.
