Forman & Sons Smokehouse: A Tour, Talk and Taste!

Please join the TSPAS for a peak inside Forman & Son's London smokehouse. This experience would not be complete, of course, without tasting some of their renowned smoked salmon - just to ensure all is in order!
The tour starts at 11am and includes a one hour talk by Lance Forman - this includes the history of salmon smoking and an overview of the operation. H Forman and Son is the world's oldest smoked salmon producer.
This will then be followed by a salmon carving demonstration and a tour of the factory by Guinness World Record holder Darren Matson who holds the record for the fastest time to bone and slice a smoked salmon. The day concludes with a delicious Forman's smoked salmon platter comprised of the world famous London Cure smoked salmon and gravadlax selection, accompanied by a glass of English sparkling wine. There will be an opportunity to purchase salmon from the pop-up shop at a discounted price - a chance to get an early start on your Christmas meal preparations.
