A Wild Foraging Walk and Potion Workshop

Alice Rose Betony from Sacred Seeds Project gained two diplomas from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Herbal Medicine and in Naturopathic Studies and qualified as a herbalist and naturopath in 2014. She undertook 500 hours of supervised clinical training in herbal medicine and is able to assess patients medically as well as holistically. Her herbal garden is organically registered wtih the Soil Association.
Join Alice on a wild foraging walk and dive deeper into basic botany and plant identification. Learn about the healing properties of the plants around us. Alice will talk through the medicinal and nutritional elements of each plant as well as give you seasonal recipe suggestions to help you along your foraging journey. Once back at the Farm, we'll blend our own personalised potion under Alice's guidance, using 30 different dried herbs.
This unique event promises to be both fun and informative.
