The Ocean at the End of the Lane
Tuesday 9th November at 7.30pm
Duke of York's Theatre, London
Joel Horwood’s adaption of Neil Gaiman’s book, the play follows a man returning to his childhood home for a funeral. Standing beside the pond of the old Sussex farmhouse where he used to play with his friend Lettie, he is transported to his 12th birthday when she claimed that it wasn’t a pond, but an ocean. They are plunged into a magical world, where their survival depends on their ability to reckon with ancient forces that threaten to destroy everything around them.
