Lazy Spring Sunday Cookery Class

Join us as we welcome in the Spring season.
This course will cover working with the season's lamb and making and assembling a Lamb Wellington.
The cookery school instructor will take you carefully through each skill, giving you tips, ideas on preparation, planning, shopping, menu variations and reheating.
You will learn to balance flavours from the sweetness of the lamb to the saltiness found in the capers and anchovies in the earthy ratte potato dish.
We will be making use of fresh garden herbs and make a lightly infused lemon verbena posset and delicate lavender perfumed shortbread.
