Hush Heath Wine Estate: Tour, tasting and lunch experience

Discover Hush Heath's award winning Balfour wines and how the estate transitioned from a traditional pasture of arable land to beautifully maintained vineyards, orchards and ancient oak woodlands with a passion for nature, conservation and sustainability.

Our knowledgeable tour guide will lead you through the vineyard, share the history of the Estate and explain the secrets of English Viticulture. This walk will take around an hour and upon your return you will be shown to the private mezzanine level in the tasting room where you will be immersed into the world of winemaking as Head Winemaker, Fergus Elias, talks you through the process of grape to glass in a short film. Finally, enjoy a tutored tasting of six Balfour wines followed by delicious platters of fresh, locally sourced produce including charcuterie, cheese and vegetarian options whilst relaxing in our tasting room.
