Please do come along to the OBS Gallery during the Michaelmas term, where the prestigious Wildlife Photographer of the Year will be on display, a Touring Exhibition on loan from the Natural History Museum. This spectacular show will comprise of 100 winning photographs and an accompanying video.
The Natural History Museum’s Wildlife Photographer of the Year has been showcasing the world's best nature photography and photojournalism for more than 50 years, with this exhibition being the 57th edition.
Celebrate the power of photography and the wonders of the natural world with this impactful exhibition, which explores a planet under pressure.
Attracting over two million visitors annually worldwide, Wildlife Photographer of the Year is renowned not only for its compelling imagery but also for the quality of its interpretation. The exhibition sparks a global conversation about sustainability and the conservation of wildlife - it challenges and encourages people around the world to consider their responsibility to protect our planet's breath-taking biodiversity.
During the week the gallery is usually stewarded from 9am to 4pm and open for pupils, parents and staff to see the show. Please check if a school visit is booked in and you are kindly requested to sign in at Reception on your arrival.
