RICHARDSON, Edward James
Died on 17 November 2023, aged 55.
A Celebration of the Life of Ed Richardson will be held on Sunday 4 February 2024 at Redlibbets Golf and Country Club, Manor Lane, Ash, Sevenoaks, TN15 7HT. Food served from 1pm with speeches from 2pm.

SINNOTT, Ian Philip
Died on 29 March 2023, aged 87.

FOTHERINGHAM, Ian
Ian Fotheringham TD MA (OXON) FCA FCMA CGMA, has sadly passed away. He was born on 25 September 1928, and died peacefully on 11 November 2023, at the age of 95.
Ian was a widower with four children, nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, and is missed by all who knew him.

GIBSON, Robert Anthony (Rob)
Died in March at the age of 70, shortly before his mother who died peacefully aged 103. Sadly missed by their brother and son Brian and all those who knew them.

GUNNEL, Jonathan Charles (Jo)
Died on 21 September 2023. Beloved husband of Di, much loved father of Annabel and James, and Grandpa Jo to Florence, Ottilie, Fleur, Grace and Lucy.

STEWARD, Richard Livingston
Died peacefully surrounded by his family on 25 September. Beloved husband to the late Margaret, loving father to Susan and Jane, proud grandfather to Jacob and Jemma, loyal friend to many. He shall be much missed.

BERRIDGE, Christopher Richard 
Died on 2 October after a short illness. There will be a service of thanksgiving to celebrate Chris' life at 11.30am at St Oswald's Church, Lawford Road, Rugby, CV21 2HR on Thursday 19 October. If you are planning to attend please let the Tonbridge Society know and we will inform the family.

BEVINGSTON, John Shelley
Died suddenly on 1 September after patiently enduring the tedium of dialysis and ill health associate with Goodpasture Syndrome, for nearly six years. His family, Lavinia, Mark, Amanda, Catherine, William and six grandchildren, will miss his love, humour and fortitude.

Died in 2022, aged 93. Kentish farmer. Father to Bruce and Guy and step father to Jo, Lizzie and Rebecca.

BOYCE, Ian Duncan
Died on 19 August 2023 in Dorset, aged 79. Much loved husband of Daphne, devoted father of Amy and Georgie and proud grandfather of Edward and Arthur. Private family funeral by his request.

Died on 2 December 2022, aged 85.

FRANCIS, Martin Rufus, (Reverend Retired)
Passed away peacefully in Yeovil Hospital on 2 August 2023, aged 86. Chaplain and teacher at Tonbridge School, from 1969-83, he thoroughly enjoyed his time at the School, both professionally and personally. 
A funeral will be held in Sherborne Abbey, Sherborne on 21 August 2023, at 12 midday. All are welcome.

MARSHALL, Sir Peter Harold Reginald, CMG KCMG CVO
Died on 10 June 2023, aged 98. During the Second World War, Peter navigated B24 Liberator bombers. Following his gradutation from Cambridge he joined the Diplomatic Service. His greatest love was cricket, and it is appropriate that he died peacefully while watching the World Test championship on television.

Loder died peacefully at home on 9 May 2023, aged 90. Dearly loved husband of Julia, father to Clare, Dickon and Alice and grandfather to seven. Older brother to John (FH 50-53).

LOW, Dominic James
Passed away on 21 April 2023, aged 47, at the Hospice in the Weald from a brain tumour. He leaves his wife Joanna, daughter Megan and son Oliver. He will greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Dominic’s funeral is on Friday 19 May, 11 a.m. at Plaxtol Church. All are welcome.

JACKSON, Berkeley Cunliffe
Passed away in December 2022, aged 90. On retirement Berkeley moved from Malaysia to Menorca with his wife. He is very much missed by his wife, children and grandchildren.

Passed away on Monday 24 April, aged 88. Former President of the Old Tonbridgian Golf Society, Richard had a deep and profound affection for the School and made many life-long friendships during his years at Tonbridge. Passed away peacefully at home on Easter Sunday, 9 April 2023 aged 80.  Funeral service will be held on Wednesday 26 April at 1 p.m. at the Kent and Sussex Crematorium, Tunbridge Wells.
