Charlie Adam (OH 08-13), Captain of the OT 1st XI has informed us that the Old Tonbridgians won the Arthur Dunn Semi-Final vs Charterhouse back at the School on Saturday, 6 April. The game ebbed and flowed but a 90+1 penalty secured a memorable 3-2 victory for the team down on Whitby’s. Very many congratulations to all involved.

Excitingly, this means the team are now in the Arthur Dunn Final vs Old Reptonians, who are top of the Premier Division! The game will be played at the Merchant Taylor’s School at 3pm, 20 April and all OTs and their families are very welcome to go along to support.

Win or lose in the Final, it has been a fantastic Cup run, with promotion for the 1st XI back to the Premier Division. Along with a great dinner at the School for John Bleakley last October, it has been a special season for the Club.

Charlie says, "I’d like to say a huge thank you for all the School and the OTS Committee do to support our Saturday fun and to the School for allowing us to play on such a magnificent pitch back at Tonbridge".

Please do support the OTs in the Final if you can, and contact Charlie Adam through the Football Club page on Tonbridge Connect if your wish to find out more about OT Football.

Good luck Old Tonbridgians, and have a fabulous game.

Address and parking at Merchant Taylor's: War Memorial Sports Ground, Old Merchant Taylors’ School, Sandy Lodge, Northwood HA6 2HT.
