Charlie Crick (SH 14-19) ran the Men's 800 M Invitational Race in an incredible 1.49.82 at the Clemson University Indoor Track, Clemson, South Carolina, on 27 January at the Bob Pollock Meet. This amazing indoor personal best ranks Charlie 6th in the UK for 2024. Charlie excelled at athletics whilst at Tonbridge and in the words of his Housemaster Chris Henshall, "Charlie made a major contribution to Smythe's five consecutive wins of the House Athletics Trophy". Charlie trains with Tonbridge Athletics Club when he is back in the UK. Very many congratulations. |
